We are pleased to announce that myW4 is evolving to become a new component of our ITESOFT ECOSYSTEM ecosystem.
You can continue to use MyW4 to track supportflow tickets that you have already opened, but if you want to open a new ticket, please use the ITESOFT ECOSYSTEM client space.

Once connected, you will find the functions that you're used to plus more in a modernized environment to streamline your interactions with ITESOFT Support, for managing tickets, licenses, product downloads and patches. The documentation is also available. P>
How do I login?
We have synchronized your ITESOFT ECOSYSTEM account information with the account from www.myW4.com. So when you login to your new client area from this link: https://ecosystem.itesoft.com/client_space, you will use your email address as the user name and the password that you previously received by email. If you have not received a notice concerning your account, please contact support at email@example.com p>
